El lugar cuenta con hermosos paisajes y una vista de la zona boscosa del cofre de Perote, los atardeceres también son bonitos y con un frío bastante rico.
Hay estacionamiento, baños, asadores, incluso hay buena señal de celular, la zona es muy pintoresca, de hecho para llegar vas a cruzar una vía del tren.
