En múltiples ocasiones tuve problemas con el sistema eléctrico, y cada vez que llovía habia filtraciones y entraba muchísima agua por la entrada principal, al grado que se inundaba la sala. La administración es pésima, son descorteses y están totalmente desatendidos de los problemas del edificio. Al termino del contrato me hicieron cobros desproporcionados de los supuestos servicios pendientes, ademas de agregar conceptos inventados que catalogaron como "mantenimiento por salida" y "limpieza de sala". Viví un año en esos departamentos, y en base a mi experiencia no los recomiendo, en esa misma zona, puede encontrar mejores departamentos, con buenas instalaciones, a mejores precios. Both the facilities and the departments are neglected. On multiple occasions I had problems with the electrical system, and every time it rained there were leaks and a lot of water entered through the main entrance, to the extent that the room was flooded. The administration is terrible, they are discourteous and are totally unattended from the building's problems. At the end of the contract, I was charged disproportionately for the alleged services pending, in addition to adding invented concepts that were categorized as "maintenance by exit" and "room cleaning". I lived a year in those departments, and based on my experience I do not recommend them, in that same area, you can find better apartments, with good facilities, at better prices.
E	Elsa Cabrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusto bastante vivir allí, es un lugar tranquilo y las instalaciones son agradables, puedes rentar por semanas o meses y te incluyen limpieza. Aveces es un poco complicado con la administración pero en general fue una muy buena estadía de dos años y medio. I really liked living there, it's a quiet place and the facilities are nice, you can rent for weeks or months and they include cleaning. Sometimes it is a little complicated with the administration but in general it was a very good stay of two and a half years.
