Un poco de historia

Arca de la frontera S. de R. L. MI. comenzó sus operaciones un día 08 de abril de 1998. Antes de eso, pasó varios nombres, por lo que en realidad tienen casi 27 años en el mercado Chihuahuense.

Don Gregorio Vargas y su esposa, la señora Leticia, comenzaron la travesía con una camioneta y muchas esperanzas, trayendo 6 lavadoras desde Denver, Colorado. “Ha sido una lucha constante” cuenta Don Gregorio, “pero estamos muy orgullosos de ser una empresa que trabaja de manera limpia y honesta”.

Al recibir la lavadora menciona que en dos días esta lista la lavadora, al tercer día hablo para saber el estatus y comenta que de dos a cuatro días es el tiempo. Es realmente desesperante su trato. Al terminar la llamada menciona que será hasta el quinto día por la tarde la entrega. Francamente es la última persona en la lista que debe tener cualquier negocio para atender a clientes. Se negó a darme el teléfono de su superior para resolver el problema. Esto convierte a este negocio en ALTAMENTE NO RECOMENDABLE. A	AndOr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré ahí una lavadora reparada, hace como 2 años desde entonces no me ha dado más que un pequeño problema, obviamente guardé la garantía, llamé y antes de que tuvieran que arreglarla me dieron un par de indicaciones por teléfono, las hice y la lavadora sigue funcionando muy bien hasta la fecha. Un negocio recomendable, cumplen al vender productos funcionales y responder por la garantía. Felicito a los técnicos y al negocio. El dueño debería de poner atención en el trato que ese señor le da a sus clientes, en facebook, hay comentarios pésimos de ese negocio y de ese señor.
