★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me apunté para el amanecer chimpero y el paseo fue muy interesante, supongo que por el clima el amanecer fue lo menos agradable del recorrido, no se en qué momento salió el sol (mientras íbamos por los canales) antes de llegar al destino donde supuestamente contemplariamos la salida del Güero.
Aún así, el recorrido fue agradable, y el guía nos explico los esfuerzos de Arca Tierra por recuperar la agricultura como actividad de lanzona, nos explico la función de las chinampas, los plantíos y al final degustamos un riquísimo desayuno (fue los mejor).
I signed up for the chimpero sunrise and the walk was very interesting, I guess because of the weather the sunrise was the least pleasant of the tour, I don't know when the sun came out (while we were going through the canals) before reaching the destination where we supposedly contemplated the exit of Güero.
Even so, the tour was pleasant, and the guide explained to us the efforts of Arca Tierra to recover agriculture as an activity in lanzona, he explained the function of the chinampas, the plantations and at the end we had a delicious breakfast (it was the best).

Conocer la forma en que se cultiva la chinampa es enriquecedor, el como poco a poco se está haciendo conciencia de la importancia de este ecosistema así como la cultura del consumo local. Víctor nos atendió y guió de una manera amigable en esta experiencia. Altamente recomendable!
