★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí debido a un problema con mi aire acondicionado (el compresor se prendia y apaga, no enfriando el vehículo). En menos de una hora diagnosticaron y repararon la falla, recargaron el gas, dieron mantenimiento al compresor y checaron el sistema por si existia alguna fuga; explicándome paso a paso la razón de la falla y la razón de cada servicio. Hasta ahí todo bien, el detalle es que para la tarde la falla volvió. Decidí darle un día por si acaso era algo normal, pero no fue así. A los días lo llevé a otro taller donde me dijeron que habian sobrecargado el sistema de gas y por eso el compresor se apagaba para protegerse; así que sacaron el gas y volvieron a rellenar en la medida correcta.
I attended due to a problem with my air conditioning (compressor kept turning on and off, not cooling the vehicle). In less than an hour they diagnosed and repaired the fault, recharged the gas, maintained the compressor and checked the system for any leaks; explaining to me step by step the reason for the failure and the reason for each service. So far so good, the detail is that in the afternoon the fault returned. I decided to give it a day just in case it was normal, but it wasn't. A few days later I took it to another workshop where they told me that they had overloaded the gas system and that is why the compressor turned off to protect itself; so they took the gas out and refilled to the correct measure.
