Aunque tiene pocas piezas, están en muy buen estado de conservación, además de que te acompaña a conocer el cementerio maya en Isla de Jaina. Tiene acceso para personas con discapacidad, incluyendo servicio de WC adaptado. Small museum that is worth visiting, you have to take the detour to the town of Hecelchakán. El día que acudimos la persona que vendía los boletos fue un poco grosero (lo cual pasamos por alto para no generar conflictos) Ese mismo día se encontraba un grupo de niños acompañados de su maestra visitando el museo, eran los únicos dentro cuando nosotros ingresamos el de recepción mando a otras personas a qué nos siguieran por toda la sala generandonos incomodidad. La maestra de los niños dejo de dar su clase y paro todo ocasionando estado de alerta y miedo a sus alumnos, fue tanta la incomodidad que nos generaban que preferimos salir sin terminar el recorrido. Tal vez fue mal momento para acudir pero deberían mantener un control menos agresivo hacia los visitantes o cerrar cuando exista algúna escuela dentro, ya que los alumnos crecerán que cada persona que sea agenda a su comunidad les hará algún tipo de daño. La verdad fatal... ? Nota. Por esta razón no logré tomar muchas fotos del lugar, solo para evitar problemas y confusiones las únicas dos fotos que tome fueron estás.
