 The architect Kurt, worked with efficiency, knowledge and tranquility. He had an easy understanding of the projects we commissioned and the result was always more than satisfactory. He always showed high work ethic and attendance. His sensitivity to what was required left good surprises at all times, and by giving us his recommendations, we obtained the ability to relax. Tuvimos que confiar el diseño, la realización y culminación del proyecto al arquitecto y no tuvimos mucha oportunidad de supervisar ni los avances ni la calidad de la obra.
Obtuvimos un diseño exclusivo, moderno y funcional.

We were looking for a professional and responsible place to build a house within a development in Tulum, but we live in Mexico City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We engaged Kurt to help us navigate a renovation of a penthouse condominium in the Riveria Maya that required approvals by the building HOA and the city. Kurt did an excellent job - listening to our design ideas and then incorporating feedback from the building HOA and the city.
Kurt was able to leverage his extensive contacts to pull in a well respected local structural engineer to provide a report on the structural integrity of the building which was also instrumental in getting our plans for the extensive rooftop renovations approved.
Throughout the entire process Kurt was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We now consider Kurt as the first person to call for assistance with architectural projects in the Riveria Maya!
