El archivo central puede entregar copias con sellos gubernamentales que pueden servir a la aseguradora como factura, aunque no te servirá si lo que quieres es venderlo porque te dicen que ese documento no tiene valor comercial. El costo es de 54 pesos más el costo de las copias que traigas como la denuncia de extravío o robo, identificación y copia de pérdida total de la aseguradora. Se puede solicitar fichas al llegar pero solo se puede obtener estas fichas hasta las 2pm. Dicen estar abiertos hasta las 3:30pm para sacar las fichas que pudieron llegar antes de las 2pm. Adjunto a esta opinión, la foto de requisitos para recuperar una copia de factura verificada. Si ya no tienes tu vehículo igual que yo, entonces no puedes sacar una calca del número de serie, por lo que la carta de la aseguradora que indique que fue pérdida total será suficiente. No fui capaz de encontrar los requisitos por internet y sacar cita en línea, por eso califico con 3, aunque el personal es muy cortes: guardias de la entrada y los que te atienden.
