They serve you very quickly, but they don't give you correct information and don't even say it over the phone. The person at the reception does not serve you in the best way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera en la fila es poco. Te tardan aproximadamente 5 días en legalizar un certificado. La señora que me atendió fue amable y resolvió mis dudas.
The waiting time in line is short. It takes you approximately 5 days to legalize a certificate. The lady who attended me was kind and answered my doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curiosamente, la recepcionista me trató bien (cosa rara en cualquier oficina de la Universidad). Hasta me dio un papelito con el teléfono para no echarme la vuelta sin saber si ya estaban mis copias listas. Se los comparto.
Curiously, the receptionist treated me well (a rare thing in any University office). He even gave me a piece of paper with the phone so I wouldn't turn around without knowing if my copies were ready. I share them.

Si alguien conoce con quien puedo dirigirme para presentar una queja lo agradecería, la persona que me atendió es CLAUDIA AVIDIA (o al menos ese nombre me dio).
Terrible service, not only because of the lack of knowledge about what they should know, but also because of the lack of education when serving people. If anyone knows who I can address to file a complaint I would appreciate it, the person who assisted me is CLAUDIA AVIDIA (or at least she gave me that name).
