★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisiera saber como puedo realizar una queja contra notaria 11 de Celaya Gto, del notario Carlos Hurtado debido a que desde el 2020 tiene el tramite de unas escrituras y a la fecha hoy 17 de mayo de2022 no me realiza la entrega si todo se pago desde 20 de abril del 2020 y solicite ayuda a la dirección de notarias y el teléfono no recibe llamadas. gracias
