El Archivo Histórico de la Compañía Real del Monte y Pachuca cuenta con un archivo documental que contiene 258 años de historia minera (1727-1985), en sus instalaciones se ubica también la hemeroteca Ezequiel Ordóñez, la biblioteca Juan Barrón, además de una mapoteca, carteloteca y fototeca.
La consulta de los acervos documentales, la biblioteca y la hemeroteca es gratuita.
Horario de servicio: 10:00 a 17:00 horas, de martes a viernes.

You need time to visit the museum, avoid going around 2pm, from 2 to 3pm is lunch time; you will not be able to stay inside the museum and if you have not finished your tour, you will have to return...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy completa su historia! Solo tomen en cuenta que de 14 a 15 hrs cierra, a nosotros nos avisaron llegadas las 2pm y tuvimos que ver un poco a prisa el resto del museo ( aunque es posible regresar con el mismo ticket 3pm). El costo por adulto es de $45 pesos. Muy recomendable
Your story is very complete! Just keep in mind that it closes from 2pm to 3pm, we were told arrivals at 2pm and we had to see the rest of the museum in a bit of a hurry (although it is possible to return with the same ticket at 3pm). The cost per adult is $45 pesos. highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting, well maintained important beautifull museum. It gave us a good picture of the history of minning and a general idea about Pachuka's history. There was a very nice guide, she spoke some english and did her best to explain us and made us feel welcomed.
