Los empleados todo el dia parece que tienen junta y platicando... Tardan en cargar y ni te quieren leer el QR para los puntos. Mi carro es relativamente nuevo, 2020, no me visto mal para que piensen que soy un maleante pero bueno les dejo mi comentario, que mal que diga 24 horas cuando no lo atienden auno. Arco que mala empresa. I arrived at 4:30 AM, it was the closest gas station, and Google says 24 hours but the people who dispatch did not want to attend me, they did not explain reasons, they only told me that there was no service. My car is relatively new, 2020, I do not dress badly so that they think that I am a thug but hey I leave you my comment, it is bad that I say 24 hours when they do not attend to one. Arch what a bad company.

El personal no sabe trabajar se queda platicando entre ellos, si cuentas con la aplicación no te registran los puntos. El combustible es muy caro para el servicio al cliente tan corriente que dan, Si tienen la oportunidad de cargar gasolina aquí no lo hagan. It is the slowest service station I have seen in all of Ciudad Obregón. The staff doesn't know how to work, they talk to each other, if you have the application they don't record your points. Fuel is too expensive for the average customer service they give. If you get a chance to get gas here, don't do it.
