★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio algo pésimo llegas a cargar gas y pareciera que no existes se quedan en su plática y no te atienden hasta que quieren y no lo digo por una ves que fui de hecho e ido varias veces y es lo mismo....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, dan litros completos, llegue a cargar totalmente mi tanque y la cantidad que lo llenó era muy cerca de los cálculos que hizo mi vehículo, por lo cual, si dan los litros completos. (El rendimiento también fue bueno).
Good service, they give full liters, I got to fully charge my tank and the amount that was filled was very close to the calculations made by my vehicle, therefore, if they give the full liters. (The performance was good too.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te dan un ticket que no se puede facturar, mandas correo a buzón facturas (proveedor del portal de facturacion) y te dan un número de teléfono y correo que que no contestan. Marco a otras sucursales Arco y no saben dar información o dan el mismo número que no contestan, aparte ponen en el ticket que son solo 2 días para facturar, busco en Internet sus números de contacto y ninguno sirve, definitivamente no vuelvo a esta gasolinera.
They give you a ticket that cannot be billed, you send mail to the invoice mailbox (provider of the billing portal) and they give you a phone number and email that they do not answer. I go to other Arco branches and they don't know how to give information or they give the same number that they don't answer, apart they put on the ticket that it's only 2 days to check-in, I search the Internet for their contact numbers and none of them work, I definitely won't go back to this gas station.

Fast and friendly services when dispensing gasoline. The bathrooms are clean and with all the supplies. They even have A/C.
