R	Rosa Estrada Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera le daba media estrella, pésimo servicio nunca había algún encargado en la recepción, nos toco una habitación en 2do piso las escaleras en mal estado, con las puertas raspadas o quebradas no le dan mantenimiento, no tiene ventilación, con media barra, no tenia tarja, las camas en la parte de la cabecera de la pared con hoyos, dabas 2 pasos y ya encontrabas en baño, el baño es muuuuy pequeño se escucha todo el ruido de casas cercanas, nosotros vimos fotos muy diferentes del lugar una desilusión la alberca que se encuentra en un cuarto oscuro que además tiene el agua helada como si fuera aljibe mas que alberca es como una pila de agua. el ultimo día no hubo a quien avisarle que ya abandonábamos la habitación , dejamos las llaves con un recado diciendo que habitación teníamos, nadie se entero de nuestra salida, no había conexión a internet, parecía una vecindad, es el peor bungalow de los Ayala. no cuentan con ventilación . cuando pasábamos por las calles se veían otros como tipo hoteles en la entrada con alberca enorme y bonito el costo era exactamente por una habitación. con el paso del día te acostumbras al ruido y la infraestructura. están tan cerca los cuartos que escuchas las voces y música de cuartos cercanos no se descansa ni de noche. de las conexiones en la habitación habían 2 y solo funcionaba 1. If I could I would give it half a star, terrible service there was never a manager at the reception, we got a room on the 2nd floor the stairs in poor condition, with scratched or broken doors they do not give maintenance, it does not have ventilation, with half a bar, no I had a sink, the beds at the head of the wall with holes, you took 2 steps and you were in the bathroom, the bathroom is very small, you can hear all the noise from nearby houses, we saw very different photos of the place, a disappointment pool that is located in a dark room that also has frozen water as if it were a cistern, more than a pool it is like a water basin. On the last day there was no one to notify us that we were already leaving the room, we left the keys with a message saying what room we had, nobody found out about our departure, there was no internet connection, it seemed like a neighborhood, it is the worst bungalow of the Ayala. They do not have ventilation. When we passed through the streets, other hotels were seen at the entrance with a huge and beautiful pool, the cost was exactly for one room. with the passing of the day you get used to the noise and the infrastructure. The rooms are so close that you hear the voices and music from nearby rooms, you can't rest even at night. Of the connections in the room there were 2 and only 1 worked.
