★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Departamentos cómodos y las personas amables, puedes tener perros chicos porque hay un espacio accesible para ellos y es seguro en todo momento, no como otras unidades que pueden llegar a asaltar dentro de las mismas.
 Comfortable apartments and friendly people, you can have small dogs because there is an accessible space for them and it is safe at all times, not like other units that can assault inside them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una Unidad Habitacional agradable y tranquila, departamentos pequeños pero bien ubicada en el Norte de la Ciudad. Se dice que el agua no es la mejor, que contiene muchos metales pero confío en que ese asunto tenga una solución en un corto plazo.
A pleasant and quiet Housing Unit, small apartments but well located in the North of the City. It is said that water is not the best, that it contains many metals but I trust that this issue has a solution in the short term.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La unidad habitacional ha perdido su encanto al paso de los años, ya está más descuidada y peligrosa.
Los departamentos son pequeños y son varios por edificio, varios edificios por privada y varias privadas. Siempre hay problemas con los estacionamientos porque nunca falta el que se quiera aprovechar de la situación o el que le guste mucho la fiesta y no deje dormir.
Antes solía estar habilitada la salida a Río de Guadalupe, ya no. Lo que dificulta el acceso vehicular, ya solo es por San Juan de Aragón. Peatonal aún es por los dos.
Hay pequeñas áreas verdes que están llenas de cacas de perros de dueños irresponsables y en una ocasión tiraron veneno y murieron varios canes (qué obvio no tienen la culpa).
