★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan un servicio pésimo, nunca te contestan y cuando lo hacen te pasan a otro departamento para darte respuesta y tampoco te contestan. Su pagina para facturar no funciona...Llevo 2 días tratando de que me apoyen a facturar un ticket y nadie me da respuesta alguna. Presumen que tienen tiendas y restaurantes en todos los aeropuertos pero les debería dar vergüenza decir esto ya que el servicio para facturar es horrible... Espero que alguien realmente los regule y les cierre sus negocios por no facturar a sus clientes!!!
They give a terrible service, they never answer you and when they do, they pass you to another department to give you an answer and they do not answer you either. Your invoice page does not work ... I have been trying for 2 days to get support to invoice a ticket and nobody gives me any answer. They presume that they have shops and restaurants in all airports but they should be ashamed to say this since the service to check in is horrible ... I hope someone really regulates them and closes their businesses for not billing their customers !!!
