Terrible service. I have been writing to them for two weeks asking for the refund and they barely reply saying that it is now invalid because the event took place last week.

Mucho cuidado si van a comprar boletos y se cancela el evento olvidense de su rembolso
los correos tienen mas de 20 dias que no responden y los inbox de fb los dejan en visto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan respuesta ni información a la solicitud de rembolso por los 2 intentos de compra del paquete de 5 entradas a Chipinque del día 28 de febrero del 2022, los cuales ni se genero la entrada pero si es hicieron los 2 cargos a mi tarjeta, me he estado comunicando desde el día 10 de marzo para que me den una respuesta y no recibo nada aun. primero dijeron que si estaba el recurso en sus cuentas, luego dijeron que no y ya no me han resulto nada a la fecha, el banco me solicita una carta por parte de ustedes mencionando que no cuentan con el recurso para ellos proceder al rembolso
