★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tengo como describir mi experiencia de juego aquí como simplemente sorprendente, muy muy comoda muy limpia,una atención muy buena, una variedad de juegos y consolas abrumadora, eso si no es muy barato pero vale cada centavo, me gustaría que hubieran más lugares de este tipo por todos lados pero claro esa es solo mi humilde opinión, este lugar lo recomiendo ampliamente.
 I can't describe my gaming experience here as simply amazing, very very comfortable, very clean, very good service, an overwhelming variety of games and consoles, that's not very cheap but it's worth every penny, I wish there were more places to this guy everywhere but of course that's just my humble opinion, I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bueno para jugar. Pero tienen musica de ambiente y esta muy dura y no me escuchan los callouts, muchas veces me silencian pq el ruido de ambiente es muy alto. Bajenle al ruido pq entre la griteria de los otros gamers + la musica es mucho.
Edit: regrese y la musica esta tan duro no se escucha el juego.
Good place to play. But they have ambient music and it's very hard and the callouts don't listen to me, many times they silence me because the ambient noise is very loud. Get off the noise pq among the screaming of the other gamers + the music is a lot.
Edit: Come back and the music is so hard you can't hear the game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los mejores lugares en la Ciudad de México, para los amantes de los video juegos. El local está dentro de las instalaciones de Cinemex Santa Fe. Puedes ir solamente a jugar y no entrar al cine o jugar en lo que esperas entrar al cine. Tienen literalmente todas las plataformas para jugar y los últimos juegos de cada una. Dependiendo la plataforma te ofrecen diferentes espacios para que juegues. Puedes jugar en salas privadas con varios amigos o en espacios de uno contra uno. Sirven comida y bebidas de las opciones de las áreas de comida del cine, que va mucho en el estilo de pizzas, ensaladas, chapatas, hot dogs, cerveza, vino, refrescos, etc.
El precio por hora por control es bastante accesible, pero el precio de la comida y bebida es muy alto y honestamente se tardan muchísimo en traerla.
Actualmente siguen todas las reglas de sana distancia y reglas de salud y desinfección de espacios. Todos los que te atienden usan cubrebocas.
Vale muchísimo la pena y si te gustan los video juegos, es visita obligada.
Aceptan todas las tarjetas de crédito. No se puede fumar. Es para cualquier edad.
One of the best places in Mexico City, for lovers of video games. The place is within the facilities of Cinemex Santa Fe. You can only go to play and not go to the cinema or play in what you expect to enter the cinema. They have literally every platform to play and the latest games on each one. Depending on the platform they offer you different spaces for you to play. You can play in private rooms with several friends or in one-on-one spaces. They serve food and drinks from the options of the food areas of the cinema, which goes a lot in the style of pizzas, salads, ciabatta, hot dogs, beer, wine, soft drinks, etc.
The price per hour per control is quite accessible, but the price of food and drink is very high and honestly they take a long time to bring it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena experiencia, el personal es muy atento y amable. Las consolas fallan ocasionalmente pero en general los equipos están en bien estado.
Algunos espacios ya están desgastados, por ejemplo un sillón viejo dónde se sienten las tablas, si requiere atención pues es incómodo y la estancia si es costosa.
En los costos no hay mucha claridad si quieres jugar PS5.
Sin embargo es buena experiencia, seguro regresamos, se disfruta mucho más con varios amigos.
Good experience, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The consoles fail occasionally but in general the equipment is in good condition.
Some spaces are already worn out, for example an old armchair where the boards sit, if it requires attention because it is uncomfortable and the stay is expensive.
In the costs there is not much clarity if you want to play PS5.
However, it is a good experience, we will surely return, it is much more enjoyable with several friends.
