c	catnip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puedo decir que no me gusto tanto, la primera vez que fui escogi un xbox one, pero la persona que me atendio se dio cuenta que el xbox no estaba conectado a Internet, pero no le dio importancia ni yo tampoco, tranquilamente estuve jugando battlefield v, pero sin internet, estuve como mas de 15 minutos pidiendo asistencia, pero no fue nadie, al final una persona me ayudo, pero ya me quedaban 20 minutos. La ultima vez que fui escogi una pc, (por cierto to queria un teclado mecanico rgb :( ) no fue tan malo, pero llegue a aburrirme un poco, bueno, eso fue mas personal. Mi único inconveniente es que el servicio y atención al cliente es PÉSIMO. Contrate 1 hora y de esa hora tardaron media hora en poner mi videojuego, el personal se la pasaba platicando con sus compañeros y cuando solicitaba la ayuda de alguien más simplemente pasaban de largo ignorandome. Al final tuve que contratar otra hora por qué la primera perdí media hora por su incompetencia y en la segunda hora contratada perdí otra media hora por pedir cambio de consola y al parecer no estaba bien conectada y tardaron otra media hora y para acabarla ni siquiera me pusieron el videojuego que pedí ?. Volvería a ir sin duda alguna por qué no tengo consolas en mi casa jaja y pues de vez en cuando si se antoja, pero su servicio deja mucho que desear... No me sorprende que el lugar esté completamente vacío. Un lugar al que definitivamente no regresaré.
