★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spending time at Arenas del Mar is ALWAYS a wonderful experience when you have a membership because you have free access to all the extremities, and the food is exquisite for the price that they ask for. Last time we ate there, we ordered this food called ceviche which contains various types of seafood; it is a dish I recommend to anyone who goes there. The service is always nice, and the staff are very loving. Furthermore, the view is gorgeous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beer was served cold in a cold mug, but the fish was dry and very overcooked. The traditional nachos were made with liquid cheese and refried beans on a few of the corn chips and jalapenos were served on the side. Nacho presentation was awful. My friend had the arranchera, but it was a little tough. They charged 45 pesos extra for a baked potato without telling us they were going to charge us extra. The baked potato was very good though, and the view of the ocean from our table was fabulous! The service was great and our server was very attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arenas del Mar currently is considerably run down and asking a five star price to stay. They are installing an elevator and making general improvements but not currently worth the price they are asking. The pools are pretty nice and the beach is great. The restaurant is pretty good with good food and the waiters are "five star". These guys make sure you are taken care of! Not a bad place to stay but not five star! At best a three dressed up as a nine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a family room (4 adults 2 kids) master suite with microwave and small fridge. Clean, nice stay, kind of expensive about $4800 pesos per night but worthy my kids enjoyed the amenities. I didn't like the fact the dinning table had only 2 chairs, again if it's a family room you expect to have 4 to 6 chairs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Hotel staff are professional and courteous and go above and beyond to make sure that guests have a positive experience. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ours overlooked the ocean, which is just across the street. There's even a bridge to cross the street if there's a lot of traffic.

I booked 2 nights 4k pesos here.
However I realised the mistake 2 days before reservation. Called the hotel. And hôtel policy is no refunds. Even more than 48hours earlier cancellation.
Scamers. Never book at their hotel if not sure about your stay
