Arenas Spa - 77500 Cancún

My wife wanted a haircut. We called at 5pm for a reservation at 630 and it was granted. They started like at 7. While she was getting her haircut I got a pedicure and foot massage. It was awesome!! We got some complimentary wine and the haircut was on point. This team know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

I forgot to get a fill before coming to Cancun so I decided to come here since it was the closest one to my hotel. The prices are around average that I would pay in the US. I paid 45 for gel and a fill. Do be warned tourists they don't use nail drills for getting polish off and for shaping, they only use a nail file.. so be prepared to be sitting there for quite sometime. I also didn't see any tools being sterilized which is a little concerning. My fiance on the other hand left with a cheap but great haircut. Overall, I really don't have anything negative to say about this place the lady who did my nails was gentle and kind, she did an excellent job shaping them she took her time to make sure everything looked perfect.

Because I ran out of time to get my nails done before my vacation I decided I’d get them done once we got to Mexico. I chose Arenas because it was closer to JW Marriot where I was staying. Nice experience, good customer service but the of the service is definitely poor. I got a fill in and a pedicure. When she was done my nails were lumpy. bumpy and uneven. What made it worse it is was $106 US dollars for short length fill in and a pedicure. I have never paid that much, I really regret not getting them done before leaving home. I would have felt much better about the cost I’d the nails as least looked better. It was very disappointing. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this spa.

The ladies working there were really nice, but for the price I paid the pedicure, it was really not worth the $50 US dollars. I paid in Mexican pesos and they wouldn’t even show me the price menu. First and last time there for sure…the girl was really nice but did a horrible job

Overpriced! Went on January 3rd, 2022 with my 2 daughters to get a mani and pedi done. When I scheduled over the phone they said they would give me a menu of services. Got there and asked if I wanted gel nails and I foolishly said yes thinking that the price would compare to USA. They also did gel nails on my older daughter. They never said how much it would be. They charged $228. I told them that for that price we get acrylic nails and pedicures all 3 of us back at home. I had also scheduled an appointment for my son to get highlights, but when we got there they could only cut his hair since the stylist had the day off. The employees were nice, except for the receptionist. To get the wifi they grab your phone and put the password in. The receptionist picks and chooses who to harras regarding masks. She forced my daughters to put the mask over their noses, while she let another girl sit there without a mask at all.

Would not recommend going here, we came in the day before but they where busy so we booked for the next day for the three of us and even put down a deposit. We came in today early to see if maybe we could get in early to get our massage and they didn't even have us on the computer and tried to book us for later but we had other dinner plans. Then magically she could get us in at 7. So we waited around and came back at 7 for her to tell us sorry we don't have the help to do all of your guys massages and gave us our refund.

My partner over paid by accident because we changed our massage appointment for two to just one. The owner was totally honest and told my partner about the mistake and gave him a refund. He was very happy with the great massage he received as well!

Friendly & Professional ?? Services received were couples massages & pedicures. Swedish massage was tranquil, comfortable & exactly what we needed. We both indulged in a pedicure with with a paraffin. Staff went over & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! ~Thanks
