★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su atención al cliente es pésima . Hay una señorita que atiende por whatsapp que desde el servicio para hacer una compra demora mucho en contestar los mensajes y su servicio post venta en cuanto al seguimiento del paquete .
Hice una compra el día 30 de marzo donde
1. Nunca recibi factura de la compra
2. Recibi una nota con una dirección de entrega errónea que según ella corrigió con los datos correctos
3. El paquete no ha llegado y justifica que la paquetería sin falta el día de hoy 6 de abril me iba a hacer entrega
4. Marco a la paquetería ODM y me dicen que no han recibido ningún reporte ni aviso de entregar el paquete en el domicilio proporcionado , que se encuentra en OCURRE , para recoger ahí .
5. Desde el primer día del pago le he estado comunicado con la empresa y en particular con esa persona que atiende y NUNCA me han brindado una buena atención
La señorita justifica su falta de profesionalismo y atención al cliente deficiente diciendo que tiene “muchos pedidos y muchos clientes” .
Como empresa , servicio y atención al cliente no los recomiendo para NADA .
Your customer service is lousy. There is a lady who attends by whatsapp that from the service to make a purchase takes a long time to answer the messages and her post-sale service in terms of tracking the package.
I made a purchase on March 30 where
1. I never received an invoice for the purchase
2. I received a note with an erroneous delivery address that according to her she corrected with the correct data
3. The package has not arrived and justifies that the parcel without fail today, April 6, was going to deliver it to me
4. I dial the ODM package and they tell me that they have not received any report or notice to deliver the package to the address provided, which is in OCCURRE, to pick up there.
5. From the first day of payment I have been in communication with the company and in particular with that person who attends and they have NEVER given me good attention
The lady justifies her lack of professionalism and poor customer service by saying that she has “many orders and many clients”.
As a company, service and customer service I do not recommend them for ANYTHING.
