★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de elegir mi orden, una señora estaba eligiendo sus guarniciones y el cajero le “dio una de más”.
Cuando la sra se fue, el asador de carne preguntó ¿por qué había hecho eso? a lo cual el joven cajero respondió que ese tipo de guarnición valía por la mitad o algo parecido y así estaba bien.
Inmediatamente El cocinero casi humilló delante mío al joven diciéndole que eso no les dijera a los clientes, a menos que se dieran cuenta, finalizando con varios - “Entendiste?” Y demás insultos
Pude sentir la enorme impotencia y frustración del chico. Que difícil cuando alguien hace tu vida difícil, día a día en el trabajo y lo peor... con una mentalidad de dar menos al cliente.
Espero que algún día ninguna persona tenga que sufrir por este tipo de situaciones y que los negocios se preocupen realmente por el cliente, No como éste.
Iba a poner 3 estrellas pero me sirvieron la lasagna fría.
Before choosing my order, a lady was choosing her side dishes and the cashier “gave her one too many”.
When the lady left, the steakhouse asked why had she done that? to which the young cashier replied that this type of garnish was worth half or something similar and that was fine.
Immediately the cook almost humiliated the young man in front of me by telling him not to tell the customers that, unless they realized it, ending with several - "Do you understand?" And other insults
I could feel the enormous helplessness and frustration of the boy. How difficult when someone makes your life difficult, day to day at work and worst ... with a mentality of giving less to the client.
I hope that one day no one has to suffer from these types of situations and that businesses really care about the customer, not like this one.
I was going to put 3 stars but they served me cold lasagna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es buena, pero cada vez dan las porciones más pequeñas. Cuando iniciaron daban 3 guarniciones y ahora solo 2 y en cuanto a la ensalada, te ponen 2 hojitas de lechuga escarola y 2 pepinos.
The food is good, but they get smaller and smaller portions. When they started they gave 3 side dishes and now only 2 and as for the salad, they give you 2 leaves of escarole lettuce and 2 cucumbers.
