I had a bad experience in this workshop, they gave me my car with the wrong parts installed, at the wrong time and with fresh paint I do not recommend it

The workshop is very dirty when you arrive the detail or washer receives you and it is not at all friendly you go to the laboratory area the equalizer is one of the Martinez of course the painting area is very dirty the truth is they lack a strong hand to the staff

0 stars if you can. The attention on arrival is very good but the work is very bad for painting and finishing. The person in charge of receiving the cars and delivering them and seeing the quality of the work promised to fix the details in 2 days which is my surprise that they only moved the truck. and they did nothing else I ask him what happened and he blamed the painter, I ask him who is responsible for fixing this matter and he tells me that he is very bad because they do not take the client seriously. Today, another gentleman who promised to deliver it on Thursday attended to us and hopefully so that he is no longer bothering them to do their job well because that is why the insurer is paid very badly with this workshop. Finally, after another week, they gave me the truck but they couldn't match the color. Now I will have to take it to my trusted workshop to do a job already finished but badly for the color match. The service was an absolute nightmare! 1. The first time I was told to pick up the car, it had deep scratches on the doors that had already been painted and a couple of things were missing. 2. The second time they told me to go and pick up the car, it had more scratches in the fresh paint, it was missing screws, it was missing parts, the paint job was anything but professional, the car was very dirty and full of dirt and sand of the primer coat they used to paint my car. Now I have to leave the car again for a couple more days while they repaint a third time, polish and fit the missing parts. They don't have communication with each other and they won't communicate with you if they are late. They just hope you understand the delays. So far there have been 5 Ubers who have taken to the workshop in vain and they told me to take a bus because they are not responsible for what is happening in their workshop.
