★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right on the beach. Nice pool. Way quieter than Puerto Vallarta and only a thirty minute drive when you want to go there! You should know enough Spanish to talk to the staff to make coming and going through the entrance easier. It's on a private road, but they let Ubers come through; if you want a taxi, you need to ask at the front gate so they can call one of their private vehicles.
All in all, it was great, but we had a few problems. Be prepared for the heat--there was AC in our room but we paid by the kilowatt of electricity we used. There was an ant problem even though we didn't have any unsealed food. Our bed wasn't completely bolted together and collapsed one night. It was easily fixed but still not a fun surprise. ?
This was great for a quiet and affordable weekend vacation that was still close to the malecon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good place to stay if you already have a plan to visit other places or if you just want to go to the beach and chill. There's not much near the building. The pool is nice and clean but you can't take drinks there, not even at the border.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented for the month of Feb. 2022 a unit in tower 2, 5th floor facing the new building next door. Construction since 2018 and still not completed, noise constant from 8 am to 6 pm, six days a week. Area all around has new construction everywhere. Could not use the outdoor decks or have the windows open.
On a good note, the property is constantly maintained, pools were cool and refreshing, right on the beach. Snack/ drink bar right on premise was great and so was the service. 20 min. walking distance to 2 excellent grocery stores, close to Flamingos Golf course, front gate staff great, easy to get taxi or other driving service. Hopefully by next winter season, there will be more peace and quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not major complaints about the studio we stayed in. Construction is still going but hours seemed reasonable. We stayed in tower 1, nice view of the ocean but also the dump grounds of the neighboring hotel. 1 out of 4 mornings they were really noisy.
Pools are nice, restaurant/bar works if you want to stay on site.

Elevator didn't work much of the time.
Hallways are dark and ugly. Kitchen was fine and clean.
Our studio room had great a/c and TV.
Floor looked dirty(grout between tiles was stained) No hot water, toilet ran on, bed was extremely small, door code didn't work so they gave us a key. Good sized deck and BBQ worked well. Restaurant had good food.
