I am very sad, because I trusted the comments and I trusted that they would do a good job for me. I wore a length almost to the waist, in a "V" cut, I asked for layers. I noticed asymmetry on the right side of the left side, that is to say, on one side I cut myself more than on the other, it is like a finger, what could happen, but the really sad and angry thing is that the next day I felt dryness in the tips, it took almost 2 weeks and my ends are split, the hair gets tangled, it's very strange because they only used scissors, but it's like when they put the razor on you and split the ends. I don't know if I explain myself. Now I have to cut my hair again because it is becoming more and more evident that it is being mistreated. I don't know if it was the technique, or the safest thing is that it was the scissors with which they cut me, they weren't the right ones or the edge wasn't right. But I am too sad that they do not give the importance to the hair and its care that they have to have when they make the cut, they do not know what it can affect *By the way, the one who attended me was a woman* I don't know her name because it was the first time I went, I see that Daniel has good comments, he didn't go, it was the woman and now I'm angrier that they scheduled me with her when the first impression is the one that weighs the most.
