Arigato Bake & Brew - 63729 San Francisco

Take the most down-to-earth couple (with a really cute baby), an international yet homey menu, and a few fantastic brews and put it all together in one warmly lit, secluded spot off the main street of San Pancho --- and you get Arigato. We made it back to this spot a few times during our stay and loved and learned a lot from each visit. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for quiet, genuinely connected experience give it a try.

This was one of our favourite restaurants in San Pancho! The fresh baked sourdough bread is so delicious, as are the sushi hand rolls (super fresh and flavourful) but the Japanese guacamole is very creative and absolutely incredible! Such a unique blend of flavours! This meal was made even better with fresh locally brewed beer (the two hazy IPAs were world class) and an overall great vibe (think: the perfect music playlist, a streetside table with string lights and hanging vine plants in the background). The staff were also super lovely. This is a must visit if you are in San Pancho!

Arigato Bake & Brew is my favorite restaurant in the San Pancho/Sayulita area and is definitely worth a visit while you are here. There are several things about Arigato that make this restaurant so special. First - the food. I have tried almost every item on the menu during my numerous visits here and it is always fresh, tasty, and made with highest quality ingredients. Some menus favorites are: Potato Wedges, Hand Rolls (all of them - the Nori seaweed wrap is from Japan, so crunchy and good), and the Japanese Guacamole. For dessert, you can't miss the Carrot Cake. It is the best Carrot Cake I have ever had! Second - the drinks. All the beers are brewed in San Pancho. The pours are ice cold and smooth. I would recommend trying them all as they are each unique and delicious. My personal favorite is the Hazy beer or one of the IPA varieties. If you prefer another drink, Arigato also has amazing Sake and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, too. Last but certainly not least - Arigato has incredible service and ambiance. The entire team is friendly and cares about the customers. You will have both a nice meal and pleasant experience here. The music is always good. The outdoor seating is airy and a true San Pancho experience. I definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant and brewery!

This little outdoor brewpub is a real gem. House made beer and organic sourdough bread are both the best I’ve ever had! From hand roll sushi with delicate flavors to organic ciabatta sandwiches, all the delicious food compliments wonderful drinks and friendly atmosphere. Oh, and I love that they use coconut oil for cooking. Shows how conscientious they are for quality.

Great spot! A delicious menu. A good selection of local artisanal beers. Friendly service. Good vibes. If I lived in town this would be my regular go-to.

Wow - what a gem of a place! The food was super fresh (homemade bread, sushi rolls, handmade beer, desserts!) and the staff was super friendly. We returned many times. Congratulations on your opening! We miss you already!

A must try while in San Pancho. What seems like an unlikely mix at first (Japanese, Argentinian and craft beer) turns out to be amazing on every front. The place is great too, with an awesome, laid-back staff.
