★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé quien sea el dueño del lugar, pero revisando el historial de opiniones llevan años quejándose de la empleada y no la cambian, ni cambia su actitud. Yo también creo que la atención al cliente es muy mala gracias a ella. Es una pena, solía ir ahí y la última vez que fui, fue muy grosera y ni ganas de comer ahí me dieron y tampoco ganas de volver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chava del mostrador es muy mal educada ni siquiera te saluda y ya te está arrojando palabras q ni siquiera has preguntado creo q la gente q llega también es prioridad deberían separar pedidos de envío de los de clientes q prefieren ir xq según es más rápido y la señorita todavía mal humorada al entregar en mostrador te avienta las cosas pésimo servicio de este lugar jamás regresaré y tengan x seguro q cuando me pregunten comentaré q hay lugar mejor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es buena pero la atención es pésima, especialmente por parte de la cajera que siempre atiende de mal humor, ojalá estos comentarios lleguen a la persona encargada de esa sucursal y haga algo al respecto ya que va a conseguir que se queden sin clientes por su pésima actitud. Al menos yo no vuelvo ahí a estar soportando sus jetas.
The food is good but the attention is lousy, especially from the cashier who is always in a bad mood, I hope these comments reach the person in charge of that branch and do something about it since it will get them to run out of customers for his bad attitude. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad la comida es muy rica, pero la atención al cliente es PESIMA, la persona que atiende es grosera, y al preparar aderezos lo hace después de tocar dinero y no usa ni gel ni cubre boca, eso se me hace fatal ya que es lo indispensable si manipulqs alimentos, en fin les recomiendo comprar en otro local

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La actitud de la señorita que atiende es horrible. Hice mi pedido por Rappi y lo aceptaron, incluso el repartidor salía ya asignado. Tardaron una hora y seguía en proceso mi pedido. Llamé para ver qué pasaba porque ya iban a cerrar (yo hice mi pedido una hora antes del cierre) y la señorita se puso a gritarme que ellos no tenían ni un pedido aceptado y me colgó el teléfono. Llamé a soporte técnico de Rappi y efectivamente confirmaron que el restaurante había aceptado mi orden pero nunca la cancelaron para que a mi me cobraran por cancelación. Cuando he ido en persona también es súper nefasta y no sabe usar un cubrebocas o las medidas mínimas de higiene
