★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen lugar donde realice mi prueba de Sars-Cov12 (covid), la atención al cliente, el trato y la materia prima o materiales de utilería fueron muy bien utilizados y mostrados al personal y a las personas.
Cada material se mostraba a la persona que se realizara la prueba, demostrando que estaba sellado y realmente protegido.
Y lo abrían delante de ti para que tu mismos observarás y analizarlas cada uno de estos.
Al igual que te comentaban que tipo era la prueba que se iba a realizar, como se iba a ejecutar y que normativas debías seguir.

And they opened it in front of you so that you yourself will observe and analyze each of these.

Their service was awful. They lied and I couldn’t get the certificate I needed, so I had to rush and retake the test at the airport, which costed me 3,000 pesos…
Also, they forgot to give me the certificate, so I had to call them…
The certificate will only be in English.
特に日本入国のために検討されてる方は使わないで下さい。
まず約束の時間までに証明書が来ず、電話をしてからでないと送ってくれませんでした。
証明書に必要な情報が足りないので書き足してほしいことも伝えたのですが、対応してくれず。
検査前には証明書は英語とスペイン語で記載されるとのことでしたが、スペイン語しかなく、それについて英語版をお願いすると無理という訳の分からない対応をされました。

Please do not use it especially if you are considering entering Japan.
First of all, I didn't receive the certificate by the appointed time, and I had to call before sending it.
I also told him that he didn't have enough information on the certificate, so I asked him to add it, but he didn't respond.
Before the inspection, it was said that the certificate would be written in English and Spanish, but there was only Spanish, and when I asked for the English version of it, I couldn't understand why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online appointment booking process was super easy, and I got a confirmation via whatsapp almost immediately. Answers to additional questions were promptly given via whatsapp as well. The day of my test I got there early (15min), yet there was no waiting time. The nurse who administered my PCR test was the sweetest lady and got it done really fast and as gently as possible. Credit card payment possible and convenient. Can't recommend them highly enough! Also way cheaper than pcr tests at the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not get our results by the time they were promised and had to scramble at the last minute to find a test at the airport.
There was some customer support via email, but they denied that they had guaranteed a time for results, even after sending them a screenshot of their website, and then they stopped communicating with us. Now I’m working with my credit card to get a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived to CDMX a 1.5 days before my flight back home and it was nearly impossible to find a lab that would condust PCR tests and give results before my flight time. I was staying in Coyoacan and ended up just going to DAM (I quickly reserved a spot online) and I got so lucky with their promt action having learned that I had an emergency case and needed a PCR test. I got my results at 5 in the morning and it really saved me my flight!
