Yo había planeado todo alrededor de la fecha acordada y debido a que no vivo en la ciudad no me fue posible cambiarla, la unica "solución" que me dieron fue ir a la sucursal que tienen en Cd. Juarez a mi costo. Cabe mencionar que ellos se dieron cuenta que tenía una cirugía agendada porque me presenté dias antes en la clinica para volverme a valorar, sino jamás me hubieran avisado que no había quien me operara. Nunca esperé tan poco profesionalismo de su parte y tan poca empatía con los pacientes, tal vez para ustedes es cosa de todos los días, pero para el paciente requiere planeación. Claro que NO los recomiendo y jamás volvería a buscar sus servicios. I booked and paid for my surgery, days before I was canceled because the doctor went on vacation. I had planned everything around the agreed date and because I do not live in the city it was not possible to change it, the only "solution" they gave me was to go to the branch they have in Cd. Juarez at my cost. It is worth mentioning that they realized that I had an scheduled surgery because I showed up days before at the clinic to reassess me, but they would never have told me that there was no one to operate on me. I never expected so little professionalism from you and so little empathy with the patients, maybe for you it is an everyday thing, but for the patient it requires planning. Of course, I do NOT recommend them and would never look for their services again.

I highly recommend them, my daughter underwent surgery here and everything is super excellent, Dr. Salazar is very kind, he explains very well and well, so far everything is going very well, we still expect results in three months, but congratulations to Dr. Salazar, an excellent professional! !!!
