★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!! Para empezar llame y acordé una cita y me quedaron mal con la hora!!!
Pero eso no es lo peor, como no miden sus tiempos llegaron y la lavaron súper rápido y mal lavada,,, mande lavar una alfombra gris que coloque hace 3 meses, (la verdad no estaba tan sucia), y le dejaron las mismas manchas en el centro de la alfombra, Lo peor es que cuando se le mencionó al técnico que aún está sucia respondió que era por que estaba mojada,, como diciendo: ya la lave y hazle como quieras!! Hicieron todo rápido y mal hecho por sus horarios,, cero recomendable!! Estas personas no deberían brindar un servivio y todavía cobrar!!!
Tienen mucho que mejorar!!
Terrible service!!! To start I called and agreed to an appointment and they were wrong with the time!
But that's not the worst, as they do not measure their time they arrived and they washed it super fast and badly washed ,,, I ordered to wash a gray carpet that I placed 3 months ago, (the truth was not so dirty), and they left the same spots in the center of the carpet, the worst thing is that when the technician was mentioned that she is still dirty, she answered that it was because she was wet, as if saying: wash it and do it as you want !! They did everything fast and badly done for their schedules, zero recommended !! These people should not provide a service and still charge!
They have a lot to improve !!
