★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agende mi cita temprano a las 8:30 am, pasaron horas y no me daban respuesta. Tuve que marcar a las 18 horas para que me dijeran que no le habían hecho nada, que se los dejara otro día, lo dejé. Lo repararon parcialmente, a la semana regreso la misma falla. Volví a dejarlo y la misma situación, lo dejo a las 9 am y me lo entregan a las 7 PM sin haberle arreglado algo al carro. La verdad una tristeza que lugares así no respeten el tiempo ni el dinero de los clientes.
Se que mi orden está abierta, pero lo llevé por una falla y terminaron descomponiendo los inyectores. El tiempo que he perdido en su taller no me lo van a recuperar. La confianza se perdió. Espero y hagan algo para mejorar.
I made my appointment early at 8:30 am, hours went by and they didn't give me an answer. I had to dial at 6 p.m. to be told that they hadn't done anything to him, to leave them another day, I left it. They partially repaired it, a week the same fault returned. I left it again and the same situation, I leave it at 9 am and they deliver it to me at 7 PM without having fixed something to the car. The truth is a sadness that places like this do not respect customers' time and money.
I know my order is open, but I took it due to a failure and they ended up breaking the injectors. The time I have lost in your workshop will not be recovered. Trust was lost. I hope and do something to improve.
