Nice products and good customer service. Parking space lines in parking lot need to be changed ! As it is now has people parking and boxing in others !

The salesperson could not have been less helpful. They delivered the wrong tiles. Before I even saw them, the contractor installed them. And I hated them. It was clearly the store's fault. There was proof. The model number on the paperwork was not the same as the model number on the box. They refused to correct their error so... I had to pay for the wrong tiles, had to pay for the wrong tiles to be installed, had to pay for the wrong tiles to be removed, had to pay for new tiles, had to pay for new tiles to be installed. The whole job cost about five times as much as it should have. The store took no responsibility. They are dishonest, unethical swindlers who took advantage of me because I am a foreigner. I plan to sue them even if the lawyer costs more than the tiles.

We purchased a lot of tile from Arkiramica this past year on our new home build. Excellent and friendly service with friendly English speaking staff. They have a lot of tiles to choose from. Delivery was on time and they replaced some broken tiles upon delivery with no problem.

Dealing with the Arkirámica store in Puerto Vallarta has been nothing but a nightmare from start to finish. The service from this store non-existent. We did a large order from them as we were refurbishing one of our washrooms. We spent a lot of money here as we wanted higher end tiles and fixtures than are available from Home Depot in Puerto Vallarta. Now we are dreading the fact and wished we had purchased from all items from the Home Depot! The guy we were dealing with (Manuel) just paid lip service to us when we asked a question and constantly lied directly to us about our order, details below. Our order took over two weeks to get ready at the store just to ship and only part of the order was shipped. Here are some of the issues that we dealt with. Unfortunately, we were short on tiles and ordered two more boxes from the store. The guy from the store (Manuel) said they would deliver it, well…they did deliver one box but they were two hours late and the contractor was waiting for them. We had to take an UBER to get the other box directly from the store. He said that he would have the second box ready and waiting as we were in an UBER. He didn’t have them ready and someone had to pull the box from the warehouse. We waited for over an hour. The plumbing piece that attaches to our rain shower head was on back order, when they said it was ready, we went to the store to get it and it was not ready. Finally, when it was ready to be picked up, it was not original brand we paid for! The medicine cabinet we ordered was on backorder – which is understandable, so we patiently waited for it. The service guy (Manuel) at the store said he would personally deliver it to our home, due to the fact that it was so late. He never showed up. We had to get our contractor to retrieve this from the store as we didn’t want to wait for an hour in an UBER to get this from the store. When our contractor brought the cabinet, it was not as ordered, the door configuration was incorrect! Stay away from Arkirámica in Puerto Vallarta! There are many other good fixture and tile stores here to deal with!!!

Great selection and extremely helpful people.

They have most bathroom fixtures in stock or get them in quickly. The staff especially Joanna were so helpful and follow up by phone when necessary. Highly recommended this place for everything bathroom.

Best selection of tiles by far. Moderate to high prices but excellent quality and service
