I took them a week later because I'm not from Apizaco, I have to travel 1 hour to get there. I take them and if they tell me that their supposed guarantee is valid, the frame is in good condition, they do the eye exam again and again another 15 days to wait. I came to the optician for them and my big mistake was not to check the frame well, I got home and realized that the frame is bent and the graduation is wrong again, I go back to the optician to claim and they tell me that only the They can send their supposed laboratory to analyze and that if the laboratory made a mistake they send me to do it again with the wrong graduation because they can no longer do another eye exam. I complain to them about my frame and they tell me that it is not their responsibility that I also could see it bent and that they cannot do anything, nor my fault for not checking it when receiving it. I ask for a refund and they tell me that it is not applicable because the company does not refund. In order not to argue, I gave them 1780 pesos, which was my faulty glasses. I had to have the lenses made to the city of Puebla at Opticas Lux. I do not recommend this optician at all, unless you want to give them your money and in exchange they give you a defective product.
