★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed at Armonik suites for a month and we had a great time. These centrally located apartments are a great value at an affordable cost. The rooms very clean, safe, and comfortable, and the kitchens are fully stocked with good dishes and cookware. By far the best part of our stay was the helpful hotel staff who went well out of their way to take care of us and show us a good time. Marcus spent his day off to take us on a tour to Xochimilco park, Vanessa took my wife shopping for souvenirs, and one of the other general managers helped my wife run some errands. You won’t find any hotel anywhere with better service than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not stay here again. We found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable & had a hard time relaxing without AC. The staff is very polite but dropped the ball by not doing anything about late night noise from an adjoining room. Music was blasting & girls were giggling & screaming for several hours. At 11pm we visited the front desk & reported the issue. The noise continued. We called at 11:15pm & the employee told us he would handle it. At 11:30pm the noise continued & we called again - the employee informed us that the room next door wasn’t answering their phone or door & that there wasn’t anything else he could do - nor was he able to move our room. We opened the adjoining door & banged loudly until the noise stopped. Then at 5am the girls returned & awoke us again with more noise. On check out the staff apologized & informed us the loud guests would be issued a fine - this is not an acceptable solution, we lost sleep, we don’t care if the hotel makes money from a fine while allowing us to endure the sleep disturbance. The girls should have been kicked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot emphasize the bad service they have. The rooms are okay but you hear everything from the halls, it’s humid, the beds are hard and the water pressure in the shower is horrible. The internet works every now and then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great hotel, really friendly and helpful staff and an amazing location. The taco stand 2 blocks away is incredible, cool cafes up and down the street, and the hotel is close to lots of sightseeing. The kitchenet comes in handy to make breakfast, and there is a butcher shop across the street if you feel like making a steak with your eggs. WIFI is strong, the TV is smart for Netflix and apps, and the cleaning service does a really good job. There is a gym on the top floor which also has strong wifi and is a great place to work during the day or take in the views at night. The staff below are very friendly and there 24/7 so the hotel is quite safe. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was OK, there were some minor issues at the checkout, but the stuff fixed everything quickly. The main issues: there is no soundproof at all, - you can hear what's happening at your neighbors (there are 2 doors blocking the entrance), also, there is not air condition (my fault, I haven't checked it while booking). Wouldn't stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Armonik for two weeks, it was simple a perfect experience. Clean, comfortable, great area close to everything. But the best was the staff, every person at the front desk was courteous, kind, happy and helpful with everything. I simply could not be happier with my stay.
