Muy, muy mala mi experiencia al intentar comprar en este negocio... el 15/03/2021 fui de Celaya a Ocotlán con mi madre, llegando vi un cuadro en este lugar que me gustó pero fui a ver un par de tiendas y cuando regresé a las 3:30 ya estaba cerrado... posteriormente el 30/03/2021 iba de viaje a Guadalajara e hice escala para comprarlo, teniendo que esperar a que abrieran de las 9:00 a las 11:15, cuando quería pagar con tarjeta de crédito me dijeron que tenían mucho tiempo sin terminal y únicamente aceptaban efectivo o transferencia bancaria, una amiga me hizo el favor de transferirle $3,500.00 de Bancomer a Santander, pero decían que no se reflejaba el dinero, nos hicieron esperar más de una hora y nada, según en su banco no aparecía pero en el de nosotros ya se había descontado el dinero, así que no podían entregarnos el cuadro a menos que lo pagáramos de nuevo en efectivo, sin embargo nosotros si debíamos confiar a que ellos nos devolverían el dinero si llegaba. Decidimos seguir nuestro viaje y pasar de regreso a Celaya por el cuadro, acordando con la empleada pactar la hora de entrega cuando, la tarde del día siguiente nos escribieron muy ansiosos que ya aparecía la transferencia y que les diéramos un número de cuenta para devolvernos el dinero porque ya no podían esperarnos, ni dejar el cuadro con nadie para entregárnoslo, Les dimos el número y después de varias horas apareció la devolución. Es una lástima porque el cuadro me había gustado mucho, pero la actitud de “no necesitamos vender” tanto de la empleada como del jefe al teléfono me dejó una mala experiencia de Ocotlán. Nota.
