★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se lo del gym y demas, pero en cuanto a las clases de Crossfit, deja mucho que desear. No tiene la estructura de una clase de Crossfit habitual, que va del calentamiento, la practica del skill o movimiento a realizar en el WOD, y el WOD como tal. El entrenador no pone atencion en cuanto a la tecnica que realizan los alumnos, lo cual puede propiciar lesiones o desmotivacion por parte de los mismos para seguir con la disciplina.
I do not know about the gym and others, but as for the Crossfit classes, it leaves a lot to be desired. It does not have the structure of a usual Crossfit class, which goes from the warm-up, the practice of the skill or movement to be performed in the WOD, and the WOD as such. The coach does not pay attention to the technique performed by students, which can lead to injury or demotivation by them to continue with the discipline.
