★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos ladrones, yo acabo de comprar unas botas en la sucursal de plaza crystal en puebla, me salieron carisimas, salieron malísimas y no me quisieron cambiar las botas, ni hacerse cargo de la garantía. El dependiente de ese local es muy pesado y grosero, de verdad no lo recomiendo, no dan notas ni tikets lo cual indica que no son una tienda sería. Ojalá alguien vaya a inspeccionarlos, por que son unos ladrones. No compren ahí. Me atrevo a decir que no tienen distribución directa de los fabricantes, posiblemente vendan saldos y por ende no se hacen responsables por lo que venden. Y venden productos de mala calidad, el servicio al cliente es pésimo.
They are thieves, I just bought some boots at the branch of Plaza Crystal in Puebla, they left me very expensive, they came out very badly and they didn't want to change my boots or take care of the guarantee. The dependent of that place is very heavy and rude, I really do not recommend it, they do not give notes or tikets which indicates that they are not a store would be. Hopefully someone will inspect them, because they are thieves. Do not buy there. I dare to say that they have no direct distribution from manufacturers, possibly sell balances and therefore are not responsible for what they sell. And they sell poor quality products, customer service is appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los horarios están mal, llegue 6:30 PM y estaba cerrado, en el mismo lugar está un letrero donde dicen que atienden hasta las 6pm. Deben actualizar sus horarios aqui.
The hours are wrong, I arrived at 6:30 PM and it was closed, in the same place is a sign where they say they open until 6pm. They must update their schedules here.
