Aroma a pan - 97128 Mérida

El servicio es muy lento. Más de 20 minutos para traer 2 jugos. La salsa de los chilaquiles muy pastosa y sin sabor. Se le pidió de primer tiempo un orden y para plató fuerte dos y todo se trajo en un mismo tiempo. El croque madame muy seco. Meseros poco atentos a las mesas y no estaba “lleno” el lugar. Siempre habíamos querido ir pero nos dejo mucho que desear. Quizá no fuimos en buen tiempo.

Buenos desayunos (¡pero no hay necesidad poner sal en la ensalada!). Muy buen café y pasteles. Excelente servicio. Ambiente relajante. En general, un lugar muy lindo. Good breakfasts (but no need for salt on the salad!). Very good coffee and pastries. Excellent service. Relaxing ambience. Overall a really good place.

El último domingo de marzo visitamos este lugar atraídos por los buenos comentarios. Afortunadamente llegamos abriendo, ya que nos informaron que es mejor hacer reservación y suele llenarse. El café americano estuvo algo fuerte, pero muy bueno y caliente. El advocato toast delicioso. Quería más. Los chilaquiles no pude comerlos, algo picosos, pero quien lo hizo manifestó estar muy complacido. La Tosta de hongos de lo mejor, así como el Petit Madame. Y los panes... devoré un croissant de almendras y otras delicias. La atención fue bastante buena y efectivamente el lugar se llenó rápidamente. Sí, vale la pena desayunar aquí, solamente hay que tener en cuenta que viene mucha gente, así que mejor llegar temprano y reservar.

Me recomendaron este lugar para desayunar y como ya saben, también chequé la calificación y los comentarios acerca de él y todo pintaba muy bien. El lugar es pequeño pero muy lindo, tienen una terraza en la parte de atrás (que fué donde me quedé) de lo más agradable. Muchas plantas, musica, muy bien ventilado, decorado muy lindo. Por dentro también está muy lindo y todo SUPER limpio. Cuando me llevaron el menú la verdad es que fué difícil decidirme, tanto las bebidas como los alimentos se veían muy apetecibles. El servicio fué estupendo. La chica que me atendió fué muy amable y muy amigable. Los platos están muy bien servidos y muy bien presentados. Pero el pan.... EL PAN, estaaa...... INCREÍBLE, qué cosa más deliciosa. Sin duda la experiencia fué buenísima y gustosamente regresaría una y otra vez! ?

I am not sure if Aldo Preve is the owner or manager but he deserved a raise. Very friendly and helpful which is very hard to find in Mexico. To top it off the food and coffee was amazing!

Fantastic breakfast place. Ordered an egg over some of their in house bread, I'm sorry I wish I recalled the name of the dish, and it was amazing! Very good portion, too big if you ask me as it had conquered me. The eggs were done perfectly, the bread was probably the best freshly made bread I have tasted in Merida. The flavors all worked well. The service was top notch and very friendly staff. I'm happy that I stumbled across this little gem which I have driven past hundreds of tines and not even noticing it. Price is very fair for the food, service and atmosphere. Can't wait to go back and buy some of their bread and try the pastries!

Cute coffee shop with patio area. Great beverages and deliciously fresh breads. Limited parking.
