Aroma y Sabor - 36000 Guanajuato

Pedimos dos frappes y un capuccino y se tardaron 20 min, cuando llegamos no habia nadie pero empezo a llegar gente y empezaron a despacharlo a ellos mas rapido. En cuestion de aseo del personal me parece que estaria bien que tuvieran el cabello agarrado y no suelto. El precio esta bien el sabor esta bien, no extraordinario pero bien. Finalmente a la hora de pagar me hubiera gustado que fueran claros ya que lo primero que pregubte al llegar al lugar fue si tenian terminal ya que queria pagar con tarjeta al final cuando ya ne dicen el total les entrego la tarjeta y me dicen que no esta cargada.

Tiene una variedad de sabores que no suelen los típicos de toda heladería lo cual le da un valor agregado. Si vienes de visita o eres local realmente necesitas ir aquí porque en cuanto calidad/precio, hay más calidad.

El café no es muy bueno :(

La oferta de nieves es muy buena, e incluso puedes encontrarte con alguna variedad un tanto exótica que puede resultar sumamente interesante para los turistas extranjeros (en mi caso, había una nieve de tequila que estaba muy sabrosa). El lugar está muy a la mano, porque está en una calle peatonal y está en un establecimiento abierto y ventilado, por aquello de la seguridad en estos días. Recomiendo mucho probar el barquillo de chocolate.

Lost 3 stars for terrible customer service. I loved the lavendar ice cream but I stopped going after 3 bad service experiences. The 1st time, the worker was on her cell phone for quite a while and I patiently waited. (It was a personal call by the way). I waited a while, made eye contact wondering if she was going to help me and she just looked at me unapologetically like are you going to order? I just brushed it off and I waited until she put her phone away. I found it rude... and she said no ice cream samples. Hmmm. The 2nd time, I went back again to give another shot. A different worker this time, she provided a sample. Great. Then why did the 1st time they told me no? 3rd time(and last), two ladies in the back and they almost seemed like I disturbed their conversation. They took their time finding a mask and making their way to the ice cream and to see what I wanted. I asked to try a new flavor and she said no samples. Inconsistent with whether I can try a sample or not. I finally decided to stop going here and find a place that appreciated my business. Whoever owns this place, it could do better if your employees were better.
