Hoy comí una torta de jamón con huevo, ¡la sazonan con especies! (DELICIOSA).
Tuve la oportunidad de probar una hogaza de arándanos y vino tino (de preparación especial) con un sabor muy recomendable.
La delicia de hoy, fue la torta de huevo, la base de las tortas, son frijoles refritos con cebolla y la mayonesa la sazonan con chipotle y especias y además, la acompañan de rajas en escabeche.
La sorpresa: Bollo de ajo (con costra de ajo horneado)
La sorpresa: torta de huevo a la mexicana en Bollo de ajo ¡ampliamente recomendable!

Today I had a ham and egg cake, they season it with spices! (DELICIOUS).
I had the opportunity to try a loaf of blueberries and red wine (specially prepared) with a highly recommended flavor.
Today's delight was the egg cake, the base of the cakes, they are refried beans with onion and the mayonnaise is seasoned with chipotle and spices and also, they are accompanied by pickled rajas.
The Surprise: Garlic Bun (Baked Garlic Crust)
