Ahora es sumamente malo: solo tenían tres platos, arrachera, rib eye y prime rib; antes había opción de salmón, en caso de que no tuvieras antojo de carne. Los frijoles charros con los que acompañaban en corte eran muy ricos, era común pedir un segundo plato. Ahora son unos simples frijoles negros de la olla sin mucho sabor. Pero lo peor, el corte de carne, sin nada de sabor y muy mal cocido. Pedí un prime rib a 3/4 y estaba entre crudo y termino medio, aún después de regresarlo para que lo cocieran más (ver foto).

The charro beans with which they accompanied the cut were very rich, it was common to order a second course. Now it's just plain black beans from the pot without much flavor. But the worst, the cut of meat, without any flavor and very poorly cooked. I ordered a 3/4 prime rib and it was raw to medium, even after I returned it for further cooking (see photo).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is really good. It's in a strip mall at the end of a blocked off road. Everything on the street before it is closed or under construction. The arrachera is very tender and the meal came with black beans, tortilla soup, a salad, fries, and tortillas. Plus I ordered a Coca light and was given a free shot of tequila. This place is worth searching out. It seems to be a locals place.
