Acabo de llevar por 3ra vez la misma maleta con el mismo error en menos de 6 meses y me quieren volver a cobrar. Tengan cuidado con eso porque el servicio al cliente es deficiente

Extremadamente caro, vengo por la cancelación, y me dicen que me tengo que esperar, porque lo pague con tarjeta y esperar al banco, les dije que es más fácil en efectivo pero pues tienen su método de devolución. Aquí ando esperando mientras arreglan mi devolución. Que pena de lugar, y era cliente frecuente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota 25024 solicite cambiar un cuello a una camisa y me sugirieron reducir el tamaño con un corte y cuando fui recoger mi camisa me la entrega con un parche muy visible como si fuera mugre para estos arreglos tan caros y de mala calidad en el mercado te lo dejan mejor por 30 pesos,. Cuidado con sus prendas este lugar bajo mucho su calidad y no entregan en fecha mi camisa ya va para 3 semanas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contraté dobladillo a maquina de lo que seria levantar la bastilla y hacer un pequeño ajuste en tirantes por lo cual pague $340 y lo único que hicieron fue cortar la tela. Y si respuesta es que esa tela no se hace costura, adjunto foto de la costura original que tenia, por lo tanto sí debieron hacerme el dobladillo o cobrarme menos por sólo cortar ( eso lo hubiera hecho yo en casa y me hubiera quedado mejor) Un completo robo.
