Al entregar el auto me cobraron una llanta supuestamente en mal estado, tuve yo que llamar en repetidas ocasiones a pesar de que ellos me mencionaron que me iban a llamar, nunca lo hicieron y todavía me mencionaron por teléfono que "por clientes como yo que no quería pagar" de manera despectiva, en ningún momento me negué a pagar, y más aún yo tuve que llamarles para aclarar la situación. Ojalá no renten y si lo hacen tengan mucho cuidado, ya que ellos entregan el auto sucio. Quisiera no poner ni una estrella. Terrible service. G	Guillermo Camfe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó bastante que al llegar y ver el coche lo desinfectaron, si bien el coche estaba un poco sucio por fuera pues llegué sin reservación y el único que tenían era uno que acababa de llegar, por dentro me lo entregaron lo más limpio posible. La atención telefónica buena y los empleados son bastante cordiales con uno. E	Edgar Camacho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que me atendieron pude notar que eran personas que sabían lo que hacían y sobretodo me dieron confianza por las medidas que toman para entregar los coches por todo lo del covid, en mi caso la renta fue bastante rápida y eficiente pues no hubo problema alguno y siempre me trataron con amabilidad. La verdad será mi opción cada que necesite un coche. El auto que nos rentaron estaba bastante descuidado con muchos detalles, la radio no servía y los limpiaparabrisas no limpiaban nada. La actitud de la persona que nos atendió fue amable pero el proceso lento. Al final sí pudimos rentar (después de una hora y media) y no tuvimos problemas con el cobro y el depósito pero es importante mejorar su servicio y sus unidades. This IS NOT A SERVICE FOR TOURISTS, its processes are very slow and cumbersome. No tuve problemas al entregar la unidad ni con la liberación de la tarjeta. Le doy buenas recomendaciones y espero en unos meses volver a usar sus servicios I highly recommend the place. Tenemos una queja. El carro estaba sucio por dentro cuando lo recibimos. Otra situación que ocurrió es que al entregar el carro tenía un ruido en la suspensión. Nos demoramos en la entrega porque esperamos hasta que el mecánico lo revisara para confirmar la causa del ruido, y así determinar quién era responsable. Al final, el mecánico de la empresa resultó ser un hombre justo, solo que el proceso de devolver el carro si tomó más tiempo de lo que esperábamos. Es una empresa honesta y no hubo nada grave que resolver. We had a good experience with Arrendadora Xalapa. We rented the VW Vento for 2 weeks. The price was fair, the car was in good condition. We have a complaint. The car was dirty inside when we received it. Another situation that occurred is that when the car was delivered there was a noise in the suspension. We were delayed in delivery because we waited until the mechanic reviewed it to confirm the cause of the noise, and thus determine who was responsible. In the end, the company's mechanic turned out to be a fair man, only the process of returning the car did take longer than we expected. It is an honest company and there was nothing serious to solve.
