El notario pidió documentación qué se le entregó en tiempo y forma y qué serviría para exentar el impuesto, se presentaron pasaportes y recibos de luz a nombre del dueño de la casa facturados al último año vigente. Simplemente porque no quiso no dejó exentar. Investigué en otras siete notarías de Pachuca y en todas presentando la misma documentación dejaban exentar dicho impuesto. Por lo que me da a pensar que el notario recibe compensación por parte del SAT al no dejar exentar a los clientes. Además de ser muy cara la escritura para el comprador.
