★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención y buenos precios. Ahorita que está la contingencia tienen buenas medidas de prevención: desinfectante para calzado, medición de temperatura, uso de cubrebocas obligatorio, gel antibacterial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal, excepto los vendedores, son descorteces y el de seguridad peor aunque entiendo su trabajo pero bien podrían aplicar el dicho: "lo cortés no quita lo valiente". A todos les hace mucha falta un curso de atención al cliente.
The staff, except the salespeople, are rude and the security worse although I understand their work but they could well apply the saying: "courteous does not take away courage". They all very much need a customer service course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización y atención. Mandé solicitud varias veces, su página es un desastre. Telefónicamente (cuando te atienden) te toman el teléfono o el correo y nunca responden, te dicen que estaba mal, etc. Parece que no quisiesen sumar mas clientes. La peor atención.
La respuesta a esta opinión claramente me da la razón, no esperaba otra cosa. Por nada!
Terrible organization and attention. I applied several times, your page is a disaster. On the phone (when they answer you) they take the phone or the mail and they never answer, they tell you it was wrong, etc. It seems that they do not want to add more clients. The worst care.

No hay planes de oportunidad de crecimiento, sin mencionar que puedes ser el mejor de todos los empleados y no recibes ningun tipo de bonificación por tu trabajo. Yo implemente muchos estilos de trabajo ahi, cosa que después se robaron y actualmente lo emplean para el beneficio de la misma empresa, ahora ese trabajo que yo hice está a nombre de otros. A mi me corrieron por influyentismo, por las envidias, apresar de ser el mejor empleado del almacén.
Terrible labor organization. There are no growth opportunity plans, not to mention that you can be the best of all employees and you do not receive any kind of bonus for your work. I implemented many styles of work there, which were later stolen and currently used for the benefit of the same company, now that work that I did is on behalf of others. They fired me out of influentialism, envy, trying to be the best employee in the store.
