When I finally called the owner, she quickly "resolved" that I had been misquoted and it would be 1000 pesos more expensive to do so (which if they explained to me in that month I waited, I could have agreed) They returned my deposit, but I could not recommend this place, the furniture that they display is beautiful and they claim to be manufacturers, but because zero communication and zero commitment made them look very bad.

Very bad service that this furniture store has and as I see in the previous comment, I have to live a similar story. I requested some furniture of a special order that according to the owner would be sent to be made and when a part of the order was delivered to me, the tables were grated and even a stuffed chandelier, I sent him messages every day so that he would support me in giving me the measurements of the missing furniture, it was there that I stopped answering, I sent her images and videos of the furniture in poor condition and the only thing I asked is that she give me the remaining furniture, do not ask her to change the scratched only for attention She will send me the furniture, and until she gave her wish and seeing my insistence she told me that she would send me, but a week went by without a reply, until she told me that she would not pay the freight and that she did whatever she wanted to collect my remaining furniture. To this comment I could add more things that happened but there is no better case I leave them to the decision of the one who wants to buy in this place.

I bought a piece of furniture but decided to wait for them to do it because the one they offered me for exhibition was scratched. When I went to pick it up, the piece of furniture they wanted to give me was also damaged, they tried to clean it with wax but it did not improve so I left without my piece of furniture and I had to go again when they brought another one from the warehouse which also had details, when I told them they responded very rudely that I did not expect a perfect piece of furniture. Despite the fact that the furniture is nice, I do not recommend this place, especially because of the treatment when you are not satisfied with something and the thousand turns they make you give, also on WhatsApp they leave you on seen if you ask something.
