★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos no cumplen en día y forma y bien dicen el gordo (Cristopher) que está al frente peor, se escodio y no responden para entregar el trabajo puntual va a quebrar y yo queria hacer vinil y varias cosas, con dos lonas y no pueden. Llegué en miércoles pague el borrador y supuesto que el jueves lo tendrían. Ya pasaron 6 días y les vale madres.

Además, la calidad de la impresión y el papel es muy mala, solo ocasionan perdida de tiempo y dinero. Nada recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trabajo de sublimación, una verdadera porquería, las tazas descarapeladas y rayadas, les pasas la mano y se cae el sublimado, una verdadera porquería de trabajo. Un lugar nada recomendable además de que se pacto un precio y llamaron para aumentarlo y aun así su trabajo fue pésimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por mensajes es muy lenta, les mandas mensaje, les encargas y tardan horas en contestar. No te atienden de la mejor manera lento y además te dan el avión.
La calidad no es mala y tiene buenos precios pero atiendan mejor a sus clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca está completo el trabajo, dicen que por la merma. En los millares que pido, siempre faltan hasta 160 tarjetas. Es como litros incompletos en una gasolinera, o kilos en el mercado o supermercado. Siempre se dan esos casos. Qué lástima que el cliente salga perdiendo. Y por cierto la atención es pésima pero pésima por parte de todo el personal. les hace falta una buena capacitación en servicio y atención al cliente, empatía, y acordarse muy bien de los días y horarios en que prometen un trabajo, para cumplir con el cliente.
The work is never complete, they say because of the shortage. In the thousands I order, there are always up to 160 cards missing. It is like incomplete liters at a gas station, or kilos at the market or supermarket. Those cases always happen. Too bad the client loses out. And by the way the attention is terrible but terrible on the part of all the staff. They need good training in customer service and attention, empathy, and remember very well the days and times when they promise a job, to meet the client.
