★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio hable para preguntar sobre su sala de exhibicion la persona del cel te trata mal y te pregunta de muy mala forma que necesitas o que quieres y que todo es con cita le preguntas que dia y puede te regresa la pregunta cuando puede le das la opcion y e enoja y te cuelga, que mal no tienen la capacidad de atender un cliente, muy mal si asi reponden ya me imagino su trabajo ??

Me contacté por Whatsapp y todavía no le decía de qué se trataba mi proyecto e inmediatamente me comenta que sólo hace "sus diseños", cosa que me pareció agresiva porque aún no le comentaba nada en realidad. Afortunadamente soy una persona que sabe de las celosías, porque trabajé para una empresa que hace lo mismo pero a nivel industrial y algunos de "sus diseños" son en escencia lo mismo, inclusive hay uno idéntico. Así que decir que sólo hace "sus diseños" me parece un engaño al cliente y sobretodo si no le dicen aún de qué va el proyecto. Se necesita más que saber hacer las cosas, también amabilidad, humildad y sinceridad para dar servicio.
Very bad customer service. I contacted me on WhatsApp and I still did not tell him what my project was about and he immediately told me that he only makes "his designs", which I thought was aggressive because I had not really commented on anything yet. Fortunately, I am a person who knows about lattices, because I worked for a company that does the same but at an industrial level and some of "their designs" are essentially the same, there is even an identical one. So to say that he only makes "his designs" seems to me a deception to the client and especially if they do not tell him yet what the project is about. It takes more than knowing how to do things, also kindness, humility and sincerity to give service.
