La atención de algunos empleados es pésima.
La calidad de algunos de los artículos es buena pero, son demasiado irresponsables.
De los 30 a 40 días en los que me entregarían mi paquete, me lo entregaron 3 meses después.
Enviaba mensajes al chico que me atendió y ni siquiera me respondía.
Me cobraron $500 más por la sesión de fotos que supuestamente era gratis, solo porque no puede asistir el día en que me indicaron, pero a un compañero que asistió el mismo día que yo, no le cobraron esos $500 extra.
La fotografía petit, solo es un trozo de madera con la foto impresa pegada. Que pésimos, a parte de precios elevados entregan lo que quieran.

Cuando el promotor te ofrece el servicio es atento y está al pendiente de todas tus dudas, sin embargo ya en el estudio la atención es pésima (te atienden con jeta y si preguntas algo se molestan), quienes te atienden no te resuelven nada, además de que te entregan tiempo después y si no te pones listo te entregan lo que quieren; nos tuvieron que cambiar el modelo porque no era el que habíamos solicitado, etc. Mal, mal, mal. Pésimo servicio al cliente...

Hice los pagos en tiempo y forma , me tomaron la foto en octubre 2021, me dieron fecha de entrega para el 15 de diciembre del 2021 y me entregaron 3 meses después de la fecha acordada y 5 MESES después de la toma de foto!! Sin ningún tipo de compensación.
Las fotos que entregan tamaño petit son de SÚPER MALA calidad y pixeleadas.
La persona con la que hablé llamada Moisés cero profesional, cuando pedía saber que pasaba con mi paquete y porque tardaban tanto me dejaba en visto y contestaba cada que se le daba la gana.
Horrible servicio, dinero tirado a la basura porque no tuvieron ningún tipo de servicio al cliente, mala calidad de productos y cero puntuales con sus tiempos que ellos mismos ponen y donde te hacen firmar un contrato que no van a cumplir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se contrataron para toda mi generación y el día de la toma de las fotos estuvieron bien desorganizados, se atrasaron como 4 horas en la toma de las fotos, nos tuvieron esperando.
Para dar la elección de las fotos que se iban a poner se tardaron meses para dar la fecha y cuando ya la dieron las fotos que tomaron dejan mucho que desear, parece que contrataron personas que no son profesionales, las fotos están todas mal posicionadas, con mala calidad y se ven con demasiado flash.
Cabe decir que sólo contrataron dos fotógrafos para toda la generación y eso hizo que todo se retrasará, fuimos más de 100 alumnos y aún así no se dignaron a contratar más.
Las fotos me las tomaron en diciembre y hasta apenas mandaron los enlaces para que elijamos nuestras fotos, no han dado ni fecha de entrega ni nada.
Horrible servicio, si por mí fuera les pondría 0 estrellas.
